Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Policy

  • No Exchanges or Refunds: All pre-order sales are final. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns once your order has been placed.

  • Estimated Fulfillment Time: Pre-order items are made to order and typically ship after an approximate fulfillment period of 2 weeks, followed by standard shipping times.

  • Combined Orders: If you purchase both pre-order and in-stock items together, your entire order may ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

  • Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping details before checkout, as changes may not be possible once your order is placed.


Processing & Shipping Times

  • Standard Orders: Most standard (non-pre-order) orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow an additional 2–3 business days following holidays or out-of-office periods.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Highly customized or made-to-order items may take 3-5 weeks for completion. More accurate lead times can be confirmed via email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Most shipments are sent via UPS or USPS.

  • Orders fulfilled by outside vendors may use a different carrier.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, total order weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


International Shipping

We do ship internationally! Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement. Please retain all documents and photos of any damage, as they will be required for the claim process.
